2. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

  • Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available if requested up to 7 days before the Program start date. Once the Program begins, no refunds will be issued, as materials and access are immediately delivered.

  • Transfers: If you are unable to attend after registering, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort (subject to availability).

  • Scholarships & Discounts: Any scholarships or discounts are offered at our sole discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through our Services is owned by Daily Vest Inc. or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

4. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
  • We make no guarantees of specific results (such as increased revenue, outreach success, or fundraising outcomes).
  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms (Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, etc.) used to deliver the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Vest Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
